Just over on CNN reading some stories about "where are they now", people, heros if you will, from that day. Good stuff. Everyone knows the brutality that took place, as do I. Lest we forget. But I like to read the stories of human compassion from that day. That's what separates us...from them. For me, I'm in Canada and remember all the planes on our tarmacs across the country. How people were taken off of planes and how locals took them into their homes. Heart warming. For me personally, I had a flight booked from Grand Forks ND to OKC on the 13th, which I gladly gave up so someone who was stuck at an airport could get home. What memories of hope, strength, good will, compassion do you folks have from this day 13 years ago?
