CREDIT CARD INFORMATION STOLEN. Careful.

I recently made a purchase on polkaudio.com (9/6/14) and on 9/8/14 I received a message from my bank about a fradulant charge on the card I used. I cancelled my credit card.

I found out I was not the only individual who had my credit card information compromised. You can see a bunch of other people had the same thing happen to them starting here:

I did not receive any kind of recognition/apology from Polk and I am a bit worried about this. I provided a new form of payment for my purchase and have yet to receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of it (the charge has already been made on my card).

    Welcome to Polk's forum. I've sent a this thread to Polk's CS department and also to the Sales Department. You may telephone Polk CS at 1-800-377-7655 first thing tomorrow morning. I'll be sure and post any information I'm made aware of.
