    Thanks, I think Sheer Heart Attack is still my favorite of theirs. It is one of the LP's that cost me some of my hearing i think.

    Thanks for posting. I will have to pick this one up! Love Queen II and Sheer Heart Attack, particularly Queen II. IMO, possibly their best album.

    Well your all in for a treat this is when Queen Flat out Rocked They were the opening act for Mott The Hoople and from what I have read they blew them off the stage. I couldn't wait so I got the two shows from the Rainbow a total of 54 songs off I Tunes to tide me over until my Blu Ray arrives BTW those 54 songs kick A$$ the band was tight and Brian May is an excellent guitarist

    And we are off, this sounds spectacular, picture is what one would expect from a 74 concert. I had the pleasure of seeing Queen twice and honestly thier shows were as good as any Floyd show I have seen plus The one time I saw Zeppelin, I would rank Queen as one of the top 3 shows I have seen, saw them off the News Of The World Tour, and off The Game Tour, wish I could of seen them during this era so this Blu Ray should do.

    I received this in the mail yesterday and watched it last night. That damn Freddie was one of a kind, a good front man and he can play the piano, still think Deacon & May are awesome. I agree with what Dan said and I never got to see them live so this was really cool to watch and was super enjoyable... just a great concert!

    I thought the DTS-HD Track was very good thru my HT set-up. it started out at the default LPCM which was ok but I quickly checked and switched to the DTS track :) now I was watching it and in the concert environment and not a critical one. and my enjoyment was big time.

    I always thought Freddy's vocals had a fair amount of syballence on them and the high end to be a tad harsh (due to production/mixing). I wouldn't consider Queen albums terrible sounding, but not in the same league as say, Steely Dan.

    Nope, haven't heard the 2011remasters though. Would you say they are their best remastered cd's ? Maybe I should just ask which Queen cd's are the most well recorded/remastered ?

    Tell ya Brian Mays solo between Son And Daughter and Son And Daughter (Reprise) is as good as anyone else's, man this band was awesome during this era. Watching it a second time and enjoying it more than the first go round.
