I think there was folks abusing it last time buying like 20 pairs of bookies etc. I think us long term polkies should be added to the friends list instead of the guy down the street who knows some one that cleans the bathrooms at the Polk HQ.

I got the email Thursday with the code. I tried testing it on a few things and it doesn't appear to apply to alot of things including the RTi series. It only seems to work on what was mentioned in the email.

If I had to guess they send it to people who have registered their products with Polk that they have purchased through authorized dealers (like I did with my Monitor speakers).
PFB do you actually even own any Polk products at this point? Not to be rude but most of the stuff you buy you flip, so would you do any different with these speakers?

If you must know, I have a full rti 8,6,fxi5 and csi5 speakers that I love and use everyday for gaming and the odd streaming movie.

Glad it's happening now, and not a couple of months ago. I would have not had the unbelievable speakers I have now if that deal would have been an option then. I'd say they're worth the $125 given the other options in that range. They're on par with the better headphones in that range, not really what I'd call better though. I'd say they're worth a purchase at the discounted price just to see if you happen to like them, but not competitive at their MSRP.
