On sale this week, anyone pick this up yet? SA-CD.net says there's a blu-ray audio version, but it only seems to be available in Europe. Odd. Locally, all I've seen is the recent trend of: the cd and the deluxe (ohhhh, you wanted ALL of the songs) cd.
