POLK RT55

Hello all-

Im looking to replace my current 5.1 surrond sound set up consisting of:

-Polk floorstanding towers with dual 5.25 mid range drivers and tweeter (front)
-Polk Center with dual 6.5 drivers and single tweeter (center)
-Polk bookshelfs containing a single 6.5 mid-range driver and tweeter (rear)

The Polk sub still sounds great. I just need to downsize the fronts a bit.

Years ago, Polk made a speaker called the Polk RT55. It was a large bookshelf that had dual 6.5 in drivers if I remember. These speakers were available at various retailers including the now defunct Circuit City where I was a sales counselor. (Im dating myself, yes). As a poor college student I could not afford them even with a great discount, but I have always admired them.

Is there an equivalent bookshelf with dual 6.5 midranges?

Baltimore is my hometown, so I must represent Polk Audio!
