We'll have to see, but I'll definately hook a brotha up.

Cheers,
Rooster

Hey Henry, make it $1000 even, just for grins.

Man, DO NOT send me any money, let me see what my scrounger has, and I'll quote you the wholesale price.

Sheesh, otherwise, just make the check to AMBO Mortgage.... ;)

    Cheers,
    Russ

I had one of those, maybe I expected too much, but to be blunt, it was a cheap POS that I could not resell fast enough.

Of course, assuming my new Golden Tube Audio SEP-1 is a keeper, my little Radii Audio may be up for the taking....

OOPS, rechecked my old emails, it was a LS-1 that I had and sold, and maybe it was abused as a child? but it was fairly dissapointing.

Are you looking for a tube preamps only?

I had, and just sold an ARC LS3. I liked it, just didn't work with my McCormack amp (both amp and pre were high gain). I bought mine for $500, and usually only see them go for around that or as high as $550.

The LS3 got great reviews from what I could find. I have an old stereophile review of it. I believe it used to be class A, if that means anything, probably not but I'd throw it out there for you.

Thanks for the info gents.... I thought it was Class A but I'm not sure what all that entails anyway. I guess its good to now it was well respected.

I hope to stay as vintage as possible... and am game for anything unique.

It would be cool to get my hands on some Carver hologrpghy stuff. I used to have a 1090 and it always put a smile on my face.

Steve the tuner showed up safe and sound by Parasound;)

Today was very taxing and I was in a real bad burned out way. Another one of those ZERO accomplishment days which are always a bummer. That said, I unpacked the Tuner and the pack job was outstanding(The effin tuner could survive at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean for eternity :D ).

I decided to get my listen on and not work in the shelter for the evening. I will say its better for me to show the club how to do business. Thankyou very much.

I also understand you purchased your new toy off of ebay and I hope the seller is as diligent as you. No hurry for the pre/amp... I could never keep a good man from his music;)

the Vino is tasting WAY GOOD

I bought from CCCrane on-line, I think they make the antenna themselves...
