why use vibrapods ?

I used to have vibrapods under my mono blocks, I found sound stage slightly larger, but made the bass flabby, I removed them in the end, I prefer them with their own feet. They worked ok under my pre amp as it's a tubes unit. I ended up buying some black diamond racing cones (mk3), and made a nice improvement under my pre. For the 6 bucks vibrapods cost, it can't hurt to experiment with them. I kept half and sold the others which were scooped up in less than an hour.2 channel:
