If you are coming and you say so in that thread, you will get the contact info. Otherwise, I can't promise anything.

So post up! There's already a few people coming and we're going to need something close to a final head count by September 27th at the very latest so that we can get food and other provisions in order.

    there's no way only 10 people are coming to this, I'll have a great time either way but seriously, where are the tristate folks? It's called a road trip. the Economy is not that bad people....lol

    More will show. I'm trying to figure out how to juggle my schedule for this and it is not proving that easy so I have yet to confirm. But I do still have Jstas's info in my GPS. Am doing what I can because I'm pretty sure this is going to be a PFest to "remember", and I don't have to remind anyone that John will be a FANTASTIC HOST! Don't be surprised if there are a lot of late confirmations!

    we had a 2 week shut-down in July and that cost me my chance to go. I would have like to see what John had done with his basement. and meet everyone of course too.

    I'd like to get solid confirmations by September 27th which is two weeks prior. We will need time to coordinate those who want to bring stuff and what food and such we will have to buy/cook to fill in gaps. So if you'd be so kind to just get your name in the hat at that link by then, that'd be stellar.
