Asking $1,700 a pair Shipped which covers basically what I have in them.

These speakers are fantastic but I truthfully have maybe put 30 hours on them, with 28 of those being medium volume movie watching and some light video game action.

They have been covered by the white socks they ship in 90% of their stay in my humble abode. Yes, even while they were playing. I don't think I have even dusted them yet... I have washed the socks twice to keep them clean! :) All original packing, boxes, manuals (unopened) - everything is pretty much "like new!"

Reason for selling - Actually am selling a lot of things in my living room (down to the furniture) to make way for some near future home renovations in that part of the house.

Will drive up to 3 hours each way to deliver but would prefer to ship.

Hardly! I moved out my office rig, which left me with the big rig and the HT rig. I have since acquired another office rig and am in the process of putting together a 4th rig.

I have not really been hardcore into audio for a personal system for a long time, about three years now...

My office rig keeps me entertained although I have contemplated active monitors like the high end JM Lab studio stuff but not beyond browsing ebay and such

My next HT is all in wall/ceiling except for the subwoofer and that will be implemented on the remodel coming up soon :)

Love them White Sox!! congrats on the sale. I knew they wouldn't last long. I would have snagged them if I didn't already pick up on something different.

So the FedEx guy left one speaker by the door all day, but left a note that I have to sign for the other. Um.........ok?

It's ok, though, tonight or tomorrow when I have some peace and quiet, I'm gonna evaluate the one against a LSi15. I know it won't be a perfect comparison, but I plan to play my mono version of Kind Of Blue on the mono setting on the GCPH. Then use the balance on the Anthem 225 to switch back and forth individually.

The one speaker I got sure is beautiful though B)

Hey, hey...got the other one today. Did a short comparison with the two different ones hooked up and then put both 705's in.

I'll do a longer write up when I have time, but let's just say Norah Jones likes them, John Mayall likes them, Dave Matthews likes them and all members of Pink Floyd really like them.
