If you do not tell me you are coming, you will not be furnished an address to attend, simple as that.
If you want to know the general area, the hotels listed in the thread are in the immediate area. Most are less than 5 miles from me. Since so few have actually said they were coming and those few are local and not necessarily in need of a hotel, I don't know if there is time to get a group rate. The hotels are not very expensive but you should make reservations now, I think. The closer it gets to the date, the higher the prices will be. This is a very populated area and in close enough proximity to Philly that even the most benign sporting event or concert or whatnot of any variety runs the chance of making a hotel room scarce to come by.
We also need a head count so we know how many of you yahoos we have to have food for.
Please read the thread. The info you need is all there. It's not hard. If you ask questions with answers that can easily be found in the thread, you will be told unceremoniously so. I'm not going to hold your hand. You're all adults, act like it.
And if one more person asks if they can come...this is a CLUB EVENT. Unless you've been told specifically by someone of authority that you are not welcome at Polkfest any more, YOU CAN COME. Just tell me you are coming so we can include you in the plans.
Also, fun is mandatory.
