Systems

Hi, I'm putting together a system for my Jeep Cherokee and need some advice on matching amps & comonents. I'm going to be using a JL stealthbox (.63 cu ft sealed) for the sub and would like to use an Alpine head unit but am still open. oh yeah and I'm trying to keep it all under $1k Here's what I'm looking at so far:
Alpine 9811
Polk GNX-104 svc
Polk db525 front & rear (stock is 5.25 but I've heard the doors will also take 6.5)
Memphis MC2004 (50w RMS x 4 @4ohms)
Memphis MC500D (250w RMS x 1 @4ohms)
I chose the Memphis amps because they are only 6.5" wide and will fit under my rear bench seats, very little space under there, any amp over 9" wide is out.
I'd really appreciate any advice...Is the 250w amp a good match with the GNX? And is the GNX going to be ok in the .63 cu ft sealed box with polyfill? Are the 9811 and db525's a good choice?
Thanks!

Is 55w RMS enough power to run the db6500 components? Or is there any way to wire them to be 2 ohms?
I'm looking at the Memphis MC600 and I think it might fit. It's a 5 channel amp with 55w x 4 @ 4ohms & 200w x 1 @ 2 ohms. Then I could run the GNX10DVC in parallel (I think)...put coax's in the rear roof...and have components up front!

55 w is fine for the db components... its not gonna blow the doors off the jeep but it'll sound great
i'd ditch the gnx sub though and go with a polk mm2104 or 2124 -- the 250 watts will be just enough for them and they'll sound a gillion times better.
0.63 is fine for the 2104 ten inch.
i think you did a good job puttin this together -- keep in mind maybe 75 - 100 bucks for wire and **** though too.The Artist formerly known as PoweredByDodge -
Yea the doors will take 6.5 if it's like mine...i got a 96 grand cherokee loredo with 6.5 in the doors...im also running a alpin 9811...but i think i might upgrade to the 9815...or maybe the 04 model 9825
