I'm finally done. I picked up a Yamaha RXV-1300 at Ultimate Electronics today for only $430. I think it's a very nice receiver, with more that enough power for my needs. For the sub, I've got the Velodyne CHT-8. It may not be an HSU, or an SVS, but it's more than enough power for my small living room. It's tons better than the Polk PSW202 that I got for free. I think I'm going to use it for the computer audio system. Anyways. I got my RTi38's back for surround duty. And I still have a pair of RTi28's on the way, so I'll use one of them as my rear center. The only thing I've got left is the TV, but my wife gets to pick that one out...
