Quick question, anyone ever bought a factory refreshed product from these folks? Thoughts, ideas, experiences?

    personally I wouldn't worry too much. I have not bought any of theirs but they are pretty respectable.

    I had one martin logan motion center face just fall right off and wont go back in and another motion speaker have a back binding post thats all loose and looks really shoddy. As I mentioned however all the products have a warranty.

    they a very good company and their re-furbs are a great deal, sometime they also have demos for a awesome price!! I've bought my Vincent preamp from them.

    They had a Music Fidelity M6PRX demo for about $2800 once, that amp new is now about $4000. So sometimes they have some nice deals :)

    I bought a B-stock Parasound 1500 amp from them, and it is still working just fine at my brothers house driving his LSI 7s.
