Lawyers are licking their chops on this one.

I still can't believe the recording industry went along with high-res downloads. Of course, the higher price probably is a royalty to the music labels.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

I have heard there *might* be people who have thousands of songs ripped to HDs/music servers who don't actually own the originals...
Not ME, of course, but I do know of SOME people, though for security reasons I cannot say who exactly.
Chicken or the egg, where will all this end? Ha, "small royalty" indeed. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

I messed with shared ripped songs but damn they always seem to be corrupt or not what I call proper. I started over and only use my own cd's or cd's from friends. I now peruse goodwill and thrift shops to get said cd's and have really expanded my collection a lot over the last year. Now to get back on topic sort of..... damn lawyers are killing this country!HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

I've got an HD in my pilot. I think it's 2GB. Never used it. They can have it back. I just bring my phone which has a 64GB microSD card in it.

So you're NOT allowed to copy what you "legitimately own" to your own car's system? And the car maker is responsible? You can't write much better comedy than this!

I find it odd that they are only going after Ford and GM. What about Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, etc. as they all offer HD audio systems.Political Correctness'.........defined

I had a HD audio system in my 2011 Nissan Maxima. Just traded it for a 2014 Maxima. Everything is basically the same but they took that feature away. I wonder?...........Main-Carver TFM35(2),Carver C11 ,Carver SD/A 360 CD,Carver TX11 ,Grace Digital Tuner, Pioneer PL707 TT,Polk SDA1C
