Grateful Dead Dave's Picks Volume 1

I am looking for a copy of Grateful Dead, Dave's Picks Volume 1.
I have all of the other volumes (Volume 11 will be issued August 1) in the Grateful Dead Dave's Pick's series but I do not have volume 1. I got a subscription the last 2 years but did not subscribe the first year and missed out on volume 1 (as well as the Bonus CD).
Dave's Picks volumes are limited editions and Volume 1 was limited to 12,000 copies and it sold out about 2 1/2 years ago when the series started (Dave's Picks took over from the earlier Dick's Picks series).
Please let me know if you a copy of Volume 1 (should be in new or like new condition) to sell or trade. And even better if you also have the Bonus CD for Year 1.
I'd like to have a complete run of the Dave's Picks series and Volume 1 is the only one I am missing.
