Slight hum from tweeters

Hum might not be the correct word but I'm not sure how to describe it.

Bzzzzzzzzzz maybe?

I just replaced my junk TV stand with a Salamander which afforded me a spot to hook my Yamaha CA-1010 back up as an amp for my RTA-12's and I now have a buzz/hum coming from the tweeters. It's not loud, I have to put my ear right up to hear it and I can even hear it while they're playing something if the volume is low. What would be causing this? Interference? Power issue? CA-1010 needing an internal refresh? I'm clueless, just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.

It's not too big of a deal, really, and I might be being a little OCD about it in a way. Still, I'd rather it be fixed.

It's not uncommon to hear a very slight hiss from the tweeter(s) with your ear right up next to the speaker. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Thought I should mention:

Xbox (One and 360) plugged into power strip/surge protector > Optical out > Yamaha RX-V667 plugged into power strip/surge protector > RCA Preout > Yamaha CA-1010 plugged straight into wall outlet > 14ga. speaker wire from home depot (I know. I'm getting there...) > RTA-12B's
