Fs52 5.1 are currently at $550, i know they go on sale every now and then, what i want to consider which polks "start" to get better than this fs 52 system, i can go for fs52 5.1 or just a better front stage from polks and then later upgrade to surrounds.

Movies and Music are 50/50, room size is 20x22. I am looking for room filling, but natural sound with slight punch, highs should not be harsh which i think polk tsi have. Well i cant audition any of the speakers in my city/country. so would you please help me and describe the describe you can. Thank you.

He stated the room size, but in that big a room I think you need some more punch. You haven't stated what the associated gear is either. That would go along way in our recommendations. Cables will also play a roll in taking that edge off the higher notes.
    HT SYSTEM-
    Sony 850c 4k
    Pioneer elite vhx 21
    Sony 4k BRP
    SVS SB-2000
    Polk Sig. 20's
    Polk FX500 surrounds

    Cables-
    Acoustic zen Satori speaker cables
    Acoustic zen Matrix 2 IC's
    Wireworld eclipse 7 ic's
    Audio metallurgy ga-o digital cable

    Kitchen

    Sonos zp90
    Grant Fidelity tube dac
    B&k 1420
    lsi 9's

Welcome to Club Polk asadlarik3, before any of us can suggest something for you we need to know what your system currently consists of, receiver, sources and importantly how big the room the speakers will be put in.
    Thank u for replying

I am starting from scratch. Room size is 16x22 (20x22 was mistake in above post). This will be connected to pc so anything that i can download will have to be played by system lossless as well as compressed. Music will be pop alternative rock etc. Movies will be from basic blu ray player For receiver Considering 90-105watt range 2 channel driven, or may be one channel driven if it doesnt make difference for my setup.

What i am considering is getting fs52 5.1 system or something from polks that is substantially better than fs52 but also should offer best bang for buck and also should be enough to meet my requirements.
