Ok so you guys seem to be all saying the same thing about trying to consolidate my gear. *That I shouldn't do it.
So here is your chance to input.
Build me a system, pre and amp only. *My wife and I are too attached to the LSis to let em go. *To expensive to replace with a comparable speaker setup.
I am thinking I can get about 1100 bucks for my 2 amps amps & Integra. *I can add about 1100 more. *So all in your at around 2200.
Don't need speaker cables or interconnects.
Requirements for pre/avr as pre:
*6-7 HDMI
Multiple zones at least one powered
Upconverting *from composite, s-video, component to HDMI
Min 7.2 pre-outs
XT32, ARC, or MCACC
Prefer to have at least one s-video or composite input
Amp requirements:
Has to be 17" wide or less
5 channels of 4 ohm capable power
250 wpc @ 4 ohm, more is better
I can keep my M1.0t MKII opt002 to drive my LSi 15s, but take 600 off the budget. *I would only need a 3 channel amp then as well

I don't know Dan, have you researched recent ebay deals on the gear you are looking to unload? 1100 sounds REALLY high to me, but granted I haven't done the research because it ain't my sale
I won't list the various receivers with preouts and nice 5 channel amps you can get for that coin, but they are a plenty...my 2 pence for what its worth...Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es

The M1.0t has been totally refreshed top to bottom and is a M1.0t MKII opt002. Those tend to bring between 600-750 on ebay here lately..... The other two items I figure are worth around 250 each."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." Why do you need so many HDMI inputs ?
Adds up pretty fast, when you have game console, blu ray, hd dvd, cable box, roku/apple tv, laptops, etc.
Still get my vote for the Pio SC85 or 87 as pre with an amp of your choice. I'm a fan of Class D stuff, i.e Wyred4Sound, D-Sonic. Still though, you can't go wrong with Rotel, Sunfire, Parasound, Outlaw Audio.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

Not educated enough to make suggestions but best wishes all the same. You'll arrive there no doubt.

Expansion.
Right now I have the following:
WD Live TV
Xbox 360
DVR
Pioneer 51FD
That fills me up with no room for anything else in the future. I figured if I get 6-7 I should have empty ones open for more gear, or if someone comes over can just connect them there and leave the rest of my crap alone."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." hrm lets count my HDMI devices in the big rig...
PS3, XBox 360, digital TV box from phone company, Apple TV, Mac Mini, Secondary BD player. That's 6...and only one isn't directly connected to the AVR...
2 gaming consoles and 2 brd players....do you guys even see/talk to other people ? LOLHT SYSTEM-

OK, I could be off base but I think you have the upgrade bug. Maybe with the right timing and the right deals on gear you can revamp the whole system? Maybe you need a change or a chance to try something different other than Onkyo/Integra and Polk? Well, I will take another crack at at as you never had a chance at that Sunfire.
Never heard this full system but with the years of feedback it should perform. Inspired by persall001's LSi to Kef Q conversion. http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?125303-KEF-Q900-s-replace-my-LSi15-s...pics& Anyway, I thought the Q Series (and R Series & Blade at AXPONA) were very nice playing 2 channel. I came close to picking up that center channel below and a set of Q300 in Chicago for $330. Then I planned to stuff the port and sit the Q300's on top of my RT3000p bass modules to see what they would sound like in my own system. I stopped myself! Anyway.....

So, I know the timing may not be right and even if you could manage to get all these items and get all your stuff sold it would take a monster effort...but a complete redo within your budget might be possible.2.2 Office Setup | LG 29UB55 21:9 UltraWide | HP Probook 630 G8 | Dell Latitude | Cabasse Stream Amp 100 | Boston Acoustics VS 240 | AUDIORAX Desk Stands | Mirage Omni S8 sub1 | Mirage Omni S8 Sub2
