How can I received free audio adapter and chat mic for Polk Melee?

Hi, I bought Polk Melee Headset few days ago. I've registered the serial number (AM*******) of headphones. But I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail or check about register process about melee promo. How can I have free audio adapter and chat mic for xbox one? I resident outside of the US. I filled the adress blank with my outside the US in register page but I've got an adress in US (my private post sender)in the same time. Can you explain this procedure?

    Welcome to Polk's forum. I believe the microphone is shipped out to you automatically once you register your headphones. I don't believe a confirmation email is sent. To confirm your registration send an email to polkcs@polkaudio.com
