And yet there are those that still think cable doesn't matter.

If your using 2 different speaker cables on each set of speakers, then no....they won't sound the same.

Actually Bob Fulton, who might have been the first person to produce perfectionist quality speaker wire, felt that for best bass performance the speaker wire's length should be related to the lowest bass produced by the speaker. Find the speaker's -3dB limit, calculate that frequency's wave length and make the speaker wire one half this wavelength. This is similar to how a receiving antenna is tuned to the incoming radio wavelength.

But the electrical wavelength in the speaker cable for bass notes is thousands of miles. In fact at 7.8 Hz the wavelength is one lap around the Earth. Does that 7.8 Hz number sound familiar to anyone?

If you're not listening to both speakers sets in the same exact location. Than the difference in placement and room acoustics will have a large and noticeable effect this maybe what you are hearing. simple to find out however, you can switch the speaker wire between at least one set and see what makes the a noticeable difference to you.

I believe the theory used the acoustic wavelength rather than the electric.

Isn't that the natural resonance of the earth, and is what my Acoustic Revive is supposed to reproduce?
