Have been running this unit for a few days now. I have always had either Sony or Technics CD players and they always sounded pretty good. It is new and may be going through a burn in, but it seems to have a more relaxed sound to it. Not sure if it the fact that im using digital coax instead of optical, but i like it! Mates well the the B&Ws and the edginess of some tracks has tamed down. Now, to get a Marantz AVR to go with it? Hmmmmmm.....

It was an ebay buy. From an online store. Probably the same thing. Sitting on a shelf for years. I love it so far. Gonna scope out higher end dig coax cables -

Keep the pio, get the MF with HT bypass for some amazing 2-channel enjoyment - your fronts will also benefit from the MF when watching movies.
