Shout out to Polk CS

The other day I ordered up a new grille for my remaining LSiC. The corner had a small hole in it and I wanted to replaced it since it was now my "primary" (read only) LSiC.
Process is painless and for under $15 shipped, I have a new grille on the way.
Skip ahead to Friday. I get home from work and the package is sitting there on the table.
I love getting new audio stuff no matter how unassuming so I rush to open the box.
My excitement turns to sadness as I discover that the new grille I have received is defective. It has a missing badge and one side, the cloth has released from the glue and is coming apart.
I mope all weekend (not really because I already know Polk CS is AWESOME!).
This morning, I called up Polk CS and explain the situation and offer to send pictures. Person on the other end says, "No need. Let me just make sure we have one we can send you and we will get it on the way. I will also have them make sure that it is in perfect shape before it ships."
He also tells me that there is no need to send the damaged grille back.
There is a reason why I keep coming back to Polk.

Whatever Ryan...
We know you had a PFB moment and now your blaming Polk .
Glad they got your situation handled so you can stop pouting "....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -
Nice to hear Polk CS is on the ball as usual, thanks for posting it Ryan
