Black Keys Turn Blue

Outside of 2 songs, this cd is much different vs the older Black Keys music. I love it! It is like Pink Floyd Meets the Black Keys. I like what Danger Mouse did. The bass on the cd is also kind of on the heavy side and gave the woofers a workout.

This cd grabbed me right off the bat. Once i turned it on, I did not get up from the couch except once to get more wine. ( no I wasn't drunk since I started it with my 1st glass and finished my 2nd glass when the cd was done LoL)

This cd to me is going to be a love it or hate it thing if you are a Black Keys fan.

    I like it as well.

    I love the Black Keys older stuff, but to me it was getting to the point where they needed to mix it up a bit.

    The first 3 songs are worth the price on their own. There is some "poppy' stuff, but it's not too bad.

    And I agree...the bass is killer.
