I've had most of the dealers act pretty sketchy and for lack of better words, Shady on the price of these. they will tell me 1500 per, then i call the next day and its 2000 per. Should i be able to get these for 3000?B&W CM10 Mains, Monitor 40 Surrounds, B&W Cm Centre, PSW 125 sub/ CV 10" sub, Marantz 7701 Processor, Carver M4.0T, Carver 705x 5 channel, 60'' Sharp LED, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Sonos, and of course my trusty laptop for hi res ( for now)

From what i have seen, there are 2k each. Offer a dealer 3k for the pair and dont be afraid to walk. Any demos available?

Pick your day, or your moment of the day to take some time with the dealer. Ask questions, take time to listen as much as you can, and show that you're serious about this. The seller will probably invest himself a bit more with you and will probably want you to buy (or at the very least, he wouldn't want to lose a sale, except if it's far from profitable). Sure thing, it's harder to haggle in a small shop that sells that kind of speaker everyday when compared to a bigger store (like Bestbuy) that sells cheap stuff in a bigger proportion but still, you could try either way.
If you go to Bestbuy, maybe they have a higher profit margin on these CM10, so you could get $1000 off, but I seriously do not know. Also are US Bestbuy employees paid with commissions and spiffs, or do they have a fixed salary? Might be harder to haggle with an employee if he has nothing to gain in the process. In that case, I would ask to speak with the manager (who has sales to do). I mean, if you're willing to buy for $3000 worth of speakers, and that their cost is, let's say, $2500, the shop will still probably make a few hundreds after expenses. However, seeing that these B&W do not get discounted often (do they ever?), they probably do not have the same profit margin than let's say a pair of Polk LSiM705 or 707. I have no idea how much they buy them for...
Anyways, Try to show that you're interrested, but not that you're commited to buy whatever the price. When you're ready, make an offer, and as deronb1 said, if, after you name your price, they laugh at you (or seem to) or say that it's not possible, ask them what is the best they can do. As deronb1 said, don't be afraid to walk away and go to another store, or to come back in a few weeks if it's not what your looking for.
For reference only, I had no trouble to have 30% off the LSiM simply by asking the sales guy what would be his best price (and seing that Futureshop are the only LSiM dealer in Canada, they know they're gonna sell them... so you can't bring anykind of price match or ask to have to same price than a past "one day" sale). Anyways, the sales guy went up with an offer, which I politely declined. He took an entire hour of his time trying to sell me these speakers, but I wanted a better price. I went back a few weeks after, and he recognized me immediately (I mean, we talked and listening to music for an hour, right?.. here was his chance to sell). I asked for a new price, he quickly went back with a better one after asking his manager. I'm sure he had a good commission on this one for less than 2 hours work and still managed to generate profit.Speakers: Polk Audio LSiM 705, LSiM 703, LSiM 704c
