Well I just got off the phone with Third man. they messed up. WIN! It's going to cost me $40 but hey it's worth it to me. I did get sent the Vault edition by the way.
Nice...good for you!
Also, I don't think the $40 should be a big deal....flippers are already getting $150+ for the vault package.2 ChannelTurntable - VPI Classic 2/Ortofon 2M BlueAmplification - Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II, Parks Audio Budgie PhonoSpeakers - GoldenEar Triton 17.2 Home TheaterDenon AVR-X3300W; Rotel RMB-1066; Klipsch RP-280F's, Klipsch RP-450C, Polk FXi3's, Polk RC60i; Dual SVS PB 2000's; BenQ HT2050; Elite Screens 120"Man CaveTurntable - Pro-Ject 2.9 Wood/Grado GoldAmplification - Dared SL2000a, McCormack DNA 0.5 DeluxeCD: Cambridge AudioSpeakers - Wharfedale Linton 85th Anniversary; LSiM 703; SDA 2A -
Got mine Thursday. Just the std black LP. I agree with Stephen M. Deusner's review at Pitchfork. Rich, for the side that plays inside out, did you have to kill anti skate? or do any adjustments? Or did it just play fine?Klipsch The Nines, Audioquest Thunderbird Interconnect, Innuos Zen MK3 W4S recovery, Revolution Audio Labs USB & Ethernet, Border Patrol SE-I, Audioquest Niagara 5000 & Thunder, Cullen Crossover II PC's.

On my Technics TT I just played it. Worked fine. I cannot play the stuff under the label though. No 78 and the arm has auto pick up. Can that be disabled?HT/2Channel: Emotiva MMC-1, Adcom GFA-555II, Polk SDA 3.1's, Teac TN-300 TT, Polk Center and Sub.

Ernie, Jay is correct, my linear arm doesn't need anti skate. I have read some folks are defeating anti skate for the inside out side. Stylus type has a big effect on amount of anti skate needed with pivoted arms, so I guess it would depend since xjghost said he has no issues with his TT.
My table will do 78, but at a vinyl forum I was cautioned to look carefully at the under label tracks. One of mine looks like it has a tiny stylus road block or vinyl lump in it so I haven't attempted the 45/78 tracks. Just got a new cartridge so I'm kind of over protective...lolSalk SoundScape 8's * Audio Research Reference 3 * Bottlehead Eros Phono * Park's Audio Budgie SUT * Krell KSA-250 * Harmonic Technology Pro 9+ * Signature Series Sonore Music Server w/Deux PS * Roon * Gustard R26 DAC / Singxer SU-6 DDC * Heavy Plinth Lenco L75 Idler Drive * AA MG-1 Linear Air Bearing Arm * AT33PTG/II & Denon 103R * Richard Gray 600S * NHT B-12d subs * GIK Acoustic Treatments * Sennheiser HD650 * -
It seems to play fine. I picked up the cd from the library so I can do a lp to cd shootout. I do like it a lot. I saw HD Tracks also has it, but only in 44/24. I doubt if it is much better than the CD, especially at twice the price.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

Just bought a turntable yesterday - last record I played was 30+ years ago. Put on Lazaretto and could not figure out why it kept playing the same thing over and over on the needle drop. Moved it forward to middle of 1st track and soon it started playing, but then it returned to the first groove. I'm like how can a record play backward - but I guess it can.

I just pick this up, and was like WTF is wrong!! I love Jack White but man did he really screw with me!!
I have never seen an album like this. Starting an album from the inside out?? Dude was crazy on how he put this together...

I didn't read any of the links so I don't know what the real deal is, but I have a stereo Riverside "Jets" XK-8001, an lp that's been in my family for about 50 years. It tracks from the inside out on both sides.
