Time to clean it out a bit around here. Hell, half the fun is the hunt anyway.

I've got vintage Boston, AR, Infinity, KLH, Realistic, and maybe even some Polks. Most BIG, and a few small. All in 100% working original order, or restored to get there. Cosmetically, nothing you'd be ashamed to put in your living room, for sure.

I'm not even sure what all will be sold. I'm certain once they start leaving my humble abode, I'll be more and more inclined to yank the parking brake, and call it quits on the sale. ;)

Too much to list here, if interested in having a demo or picking up some GREAT speakers at a fair price (I'll work with you, but I'm not GIVING them away) - shoot me an email.

I plan to keep it local, just to save the hassle and expense of shipping. I will gladly *help* with delivery (meet somewhere) for those not quite in my backyard.

Cheers,
Russ

Russ, you gotta name your co. I know russfeild has been tossed up, not sure if russtronics has but it may have been. How about russpeak.....your vintage audio source. Speaks-r-russ...we do vintage right. :D If you ever decide to let go of those srs 2's I want first dibs...you dig.;)

I'm thinking I'll probably be buried in one of my SRS.

Even if things got REAL bad one day, I'd be the only homeless dude with a bitchin 2ch rig.

I have seen and heard most of those speakers in Russmans' abode. If you are looking for a different speaker or another Polk, he can probably hook you up. There are great deals to be had, give him a shout! :)

I personally liked the Boston and the Infinity models he had at that time.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Any electronics as well? Namely matched monoblocks or stereo amp?

The only monoblock I have is headed to Troy, along with a 60wpc stereo amp.

I've thinned out the electronics pretty much, the SAE is going out to Mattknight, and I've got a 'spare' Rotel, but I'll probably keep it in the closet.

I had some nibbles, but haven't heard back from anyone.

I guess the 2 big items going up on ebay in the next couple of days will be the Infinity RSIIIb, and AR310Ho. So if anyone is interested in either of those full range speakers, they need to speak up. If you need pics, search the speaker name in the speakers forum - I've made posts on both in the past 60-90 days.

James, are we still a 'go' on me picking up your toys in San Antonio in a couple weeks? You don't have to answer here if you want, email me.

    Cheers,
    Russ

Absolutely, hence my question. Otherwise I'm stuck with a older stereo reciever rated for 135W @8 and 180W@4 (Wierd numbers I know, my wife bought it for $800 in 96) trying to power the pickup...

Hey, would you open up this sale to non-board members... A buddy of mine bought a HTIB before I could stop him, now he's suffering some buyers remorse. It might be nice to see if we can't find him a decent 2 channel deal somewhere along the lines.
