How Do I Hook it up????

Options
Well the search is over and I have my new speakers here in front of me today. Tomorrow I will hook everything up but first I thought that I would pick the brains of folks who have: "Been there, done that".

My System
Onkyo TX797 - 100X6
RTi8's - Mains - By-Wire
Cti5 - Center - By-Wire
FXi5 - Surrounds
20-39+ - Sub

Here are my questions and thank you in advance for any feedback you can give me.

1. Polk Says: "Run Mains to Sub at speaker level" and the rest line level. SVS dosen't really seem to have an opinion. or should I go line level with this equipment w/all speakers?

2. What should reciever be set to for each speaker Small/Large?

3. How about the crossover on sub.? Should I use it or reciever?
Reciever - Onkyo TX 797 (100X6)
Mains - RTi8's (Bi-Wire)
Center - CSi5 (Bi-Wire)
Surrounds - FXi5's
Subwoofer - SVS 20-39+
Moniter - Sony KP-57HW40
DVD #1 - Sony - DVP-985V (400 Disc)
DVD #2 - Panasonic - DVD CP72
CD - Sony - CDP-CX450 (400 Disc)
Sat - Sony SAT - W60 (DirecTv)
VHS - Sony - SLV-N88
