right now to hook up my sub all i have is a long rca cable. the back of my sub does not have an lfe in, so its just l/r inputs. i used the lfe and just put one cable in the right input and forgot about the other one. would it be better to use the left and right preouts for the mains until i get a y splitter for the lfe? my mains still work even with something connected to the preouts so thats a non issue. whats better?

    Just a guess here but maybe it is better to use the L&R preouts because the signal will not be double filtered.
