Hello,
Unusual request, does anyone know where I could find a small piece of metal tube (any kind of metal will work) that has an outside diameter of 0.175" and an inside diameter of 0.130"?
Thanks, Ken

Try a hobby shop. The ones that do airplanes have all sorts of stuff like that.
While you're there, try NOT to buy a helicopter kit.

Ken, try Amazon for Stainless Steel hypodermic tubing. Should be close to your requirements.

    Like this maybe....

Thanks for everyone's suggestions, I think I found what I need at Amazon from SCompRacer's link. I'm replacing the output volume control with a nice new one with concentric right and left channels. Kind of hard to find, but I had one made for me. The new unit's inner shaft was too small for the set screw on the control knob to tighten down. The tube will act as a sleeve and thicken the shaft enough for the screw to work.
This deck has been a real challenge, finding the right edge card connectors for the circuit boards, etc.
    Again, thanks!

Knitting needles is a really clever suggestion, plus they taper along their length. I'll remember that in the future if I need something similar.
