What a coincidence somebody was there with a camera. If Justin Bieber was driving then the rock was probably justified.

I think the driver was making runs up and down the street, and the kids were there filming it, and the DB rock thrower was tired of hearing it, maybe jealous, but in need of his meds..

I don't condone firing rocks by any means, but I think the dudes in the Lambo are the huge dbags. And, being reckless. Take it to a track. I remember my dad used to sling tennis balls at speeders in our neighborhood growing up, and I remember the recipients of those projectiles driving at much more reasonable rate the next time they passed through.

We had a car blasting jams and speeding through the neighbor everyday after dropping someone off around the block. We have quite a few kids running the street since we are in direct line of the exiting elementary school kids.

We couldn't pin point where he was dropping his friend off but we were sick of it especially after he ran through my neighbors grass when he lost control.

Well my neighbor finally caught them and ripped the kid out of the car by his throat after he smarted off.....situations are situations, you just never know

i read the article on car throttle, the guy had been doing high speed runs in laps around the neighborhood, and had been asked to slow down or leave.

    Dumb on all counts.

Could have been a lot worse for the Lambo driver: Instead of holding rocks, the guy could have been holding an M4!

    Yep.

The government needs to implement a ban on scary looking rocks. We'll call them "assault rocks". They should also make it a law that you can't carry more than ten rocks at a time or you could be arrested for carrying "high capacity rocks". It will magically stop homicidal tendencies and the desire to throw rocks.

Based on the sarcasm of your post, I'm assuming you're one of those racist rock owners, who is always claiming:
    "My rock never killed anyone!"

In protest: "rocks" don't assault people.... "people assault people"...;-)...dummy

You're partially correct. I'm a rock collector, or as DarqueKnight would probably call me, a rock hobbyist. But I'm not a racist, I collect rocks of all colors and finishes...stainless steel, blued, aluminum, black matte. My multicolored rocks live in harmony and have never killed anyone.
