Using the title HERO so loosely only diminishes the true meaning of the word and actions of true heroes.

My father was always my hero and I have tears in my eyes writing this. However, my mother had a far more difficult task in raising my brothers and I. My father was a J&J executive and traveled a lot so my mother had all the responsibility of raising four boys. Don't get me wrong life was always good. Neither my mother or father are or were hero's except in my mind and my brothers. God bless them both.

Dale Earnhardt to me was the king and I loved how I felt watching and rooting him on but truly he was not a hero.

I won't add a link on the definition of hero.

A few people come to my mind when I think about hero's.

Kiki Camarena DEA

Tommy Norris US Navy Seal

Phillip Lamonaco New Jersey State Trooper

And all those who selflessly ran into the towers on 9/11

God Bless America

Please share the heroes who come to your mind with us.

thanks
