SurroundBar 3000 Subwoofer no longer working

Hello - I have a surround bar 3000 and no bass or any sounds comes from the wireless subwoofer any longer, the subwoffer is on, connected via the right channel and volume up. I am at a loss to work out what to do, the shop I bought it from 1 year ago is also no longer in business. Any ideas?

Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry the sub's having a problem. The best thing to do is to telephone Polk's CS department tomorrow at 1-800-377-7655 and they can help troubleshoot the problem. It's best to have the unit's serial number and date and place of purchase handy when you call.

I don't believe the "800" number works outside of the US. You should contact them via email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com, they can give you the contact information for the Australian importer for Polk.
