What are your thoughts on this band?
I enjoyed the first song when it was played on XM radio channel Alt Nation ( first song was the catchy "Pumped Up Kicks"). I was taken by surprise when the rest of the album had a different sound to it. I also thought every song on that album was great and any of the tracks could have been radio hits.
They now have a new album out and its another slam dunk in my book.

My daughter knew all about Mark Foster. When I saw them two years ago at Bonnaroo I was really impressed. Foster the People had a style that has continually grown on me since then. They just keep evolving and getting better. The new album "Supermodel" I think is their best work yet. I think it might take them into the "big league". I can't really put them in a category because they are so unique. I listen to them often on Qobuz.
