how would this amp rate

I saw this amp by a seller I have already dealt with. He wants about $250 but I think I can get it lower if I want/need it. There is nothing wrong w/ my Adcom 555 and more than likely use this for the power to my Yamaha RX-V665. It's a Carver TFM 15cb @ 100 wpc w/ analog meters. Not as powerful as my Adcom but I'm sure it would push anything I have in the stable right now. I did read some reviews of the amp and as usual they are all over the place with most liking it. So is this something worthwhile and by any chance is it a common ground amp if the Adcom ever went down.
I think I tied this post before, so if comes up as a double it's on me if not well here you go.

    Save your money for something worthwhile...your not gaining anything with the carver.

    I guess I need to sell mine soon.
    I have one sitting in the closet that I used for the rear surrounds before I got the Onkyo (Tfm-25 for the fronts in the closet too). I always thought the meters was cool. I think the Onkyo sounds better more detailed and a lot less clutter, two channel is one button away
