'77 KLH w/ Peerless similar to one Polk used??

Morning,
This CL listing shows a '77 KLH, which the poster claims has all Peerless drivers. The tweeter caught my attention as it looked similar to ones Polk used and I was surprised to then read that poster reference them as Peerless.

Yes there were some KLH speakers that used the same silk-dome Peerless tweeter used by Polk Audio original "Monitor Series". It was an excellent tweeter, and was available literally for decades (well into the 1990s) from Peerless. It was fairly common in "OEM" applications - besides Polk and KLH, e.g., it was also used by bang & olufsen and Cizek (as well as others... but those spring to mind as I type this). The tweeter was also sold separately for DIY; Peerless also had driver kits for DIY systems. The component tweeter was sold as model KO10DT.
