Receiver Bulb Replacement

Posted questions earlier in Clubhosue, sorry for that.
Here's the bulb I need to replace, anyone have any ideas what kind it is? I can't see any numbers on it. It came out of a MCS 3223. Thanks all..

the wires are integral to the bulb? Can't say I've seen those if it is..

looks good from what his look like the link does show something that looks the same now if the voltage and other parameters work out bonus..

that is a new one for me gonna have to bookmark that.
