These are very nice folks at Big Frog music in Blue Ridge Ga, and i know the albums were more valuable than the cds i got, but im fine with that if it helps keep the local record store in business
I gave
Big brother and holding company/ cheap thrills/ pristine
Lou reed live from 75/ pristine
1969 Velvet underground live from 74/ pristine
Eat a peach/ pristine
Hank williams, man of steel/ excellent
Nick Lowe and his cowboy outfit/ pristine
I got
New cd of houses of the holy, I have never owned this particular zep, eventuall want a really nice vinyl copy.
Tito and tarantula cd, tarantism because the first song "After dark" is awesome, and reminds me of the dance Salma Hayek did in the movie while they played this song....................AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH salma in her prime licking the champagne off her own leg.
The last was something called "Illusions" by Thomas Bergerson, sorta new age and classical combined, sure sounded like a good workout for an audio system, alas the denon 2900 wont play it.
The computer does, about to try it in the cheapo lg blu ray player.
Support your local record store, even if you dont get even swap.
BTW, they had a vinyl copy of Jimmy page with the black crows, anybody heard this?
Just tried the illusions cd again, and voila, and it does seem like a nice stress test for the rig.
