Built in amp not turning on..RT1000p

Any suggestions or ideas as far as what could be wrong here? The amp just isn't kicking on when in auto, and no green light lights up. Wishing there was an "On" setting, but it's only auto/off..so who knows?
Too many good quotes to list..waiting for some fresh ammo. :)

    There's a guy on Ebay that repairs these things for $75 or something like that. I need a new amp, too but I found that these sound better with the subs turned off. Set them to small, cross them over at 80hz and call it a day is what I'd do.

    Could be the power supply section. Sound like time for service.
