Always has to be in yankeeville, hundreds of miles away.
After hearing my unaltered studio 1cs, i would jump all over these.

Im thinkin this fall, when the govt. finally allows me to refinance the house after the 6 month "Title seasoning" after assuming the title of a house, thats exactly what i will do, perhaps minus the RDO upgrade as these show none of the harshness many have spoken of with the originals.

I made that mistake few times myself as there is only 'understanding' against external links but not a defined rule.
In any case, OP, check previous sales of 1C here in the forum to see what price they go for quickly and what stays on for months even with upgrades.
