I have RTI A9's for my main speakers and an SVS sub. When running Audyssey it is setting my mains at large... Followed instructions 100%. Shouldn't it set the mains to small with the sub? Components in my sig.

Audessey will set them to what it feels like is best. The 9's can be run as large but you can manually set them to small and play around with the crossover point to what you think sounds best.

The AVR is setting the speakers to large. Everyone's preference is different. Try with the mains set to large and then set to small with the crossover from (40-80 Hz) and determine which you prefer. I have a very large room and have my A9's set to small and the crossover at 60 Hz based on my preference.
