This phone is smarter than I!! We did a family plan, so 2 years tied to a 140 a month contract for wife my youngest son and myself. Free phones and just arrived today. wondering if any fellow polkies sport this phone and how long it took ya to get used to?? Thanks and feel free to critique and share what phone you have. I'm new to it, but did a fair amt of research before we agreed to this. Plus they had a 100 per phone rebate after 2 months of service, so seemed like a decent deal.??

I'm on T-Mo and was about to buy it at the beginning of the week but held back. Days later i see that my co-worker has one with an Otterbox case on it and the thing looks as big as a Note 3, WTF! I don't remember it looking that BIG when I saw it in the store. I need to play with it again in bare form...I will use a slim TPU type case but still not sure I want a 5"+ sized screen phone. Seems like one of the best out there right now however....hard for me bite on the Nexus 5 when this one is about the same price.

My 32gb Galaxy Note 2 is 5.5 inches, and that is about as big as my hand can handle. But I absolutely LOVE it since it is so easy for me to read my books on, and the music player isn't all that bad either. It is lightweight and fits well into all of my pockets. I started out with one of their plastic covers that you put the phone into and then got a leather case with a cover that holds it secure but doesn't take up a lot of space or add to the weight of the phone.

Yeah the new phones are huge the wife had to have S4's on our last upgrade, I tell ya packing them in a otterbox defender makes it like carrying around some serious luggage. I'm not clip the phone on your belt type of guy so cargo pants are a must with these monster phones. Enjoy your new piece of luggage err I mean Lg THJ.

Not like the Samsung Max, but this one is big. Great for my old eyes. Still getting the hang of it. My 12 year old son has his cooking and wife is liking hers too. I'm not so thrilled, but then again, I'm not really into it all. We all have Body Glove cases and will apply the tempered glass screen protectors tomorrow. The cheap plastic film protectors are in use until then, 2 years...yahoo????lol
