How to prevent SiriusXM from Timing Out on Internet

I recently subscribed to SiriusXM's internet radio because I thought it would be convenient to be able to listen to music from my computer while doing other things besides sitting at my computer.

The problem is that SiriusXM will time out every 90 minutes if I do not acknowledge that I am still listening.

Does anyone know of a fix or work-around for this?

Notes:
I am using Windows 7 operating system and Google Chrome or FireFox 9latest versions for both).

Thanks in advance.

It has always done that and I have had XM for years if you walk by on occasion and just click on the info of the artist that's playing walk away it will keep on playing. Funny thing though through the AVR it won't do that.

Can you access the On Demand Shows with your service that plays through your AVR?

You sure it's XM timing out and not your 'puter going into sleep mode ? Common problem people forget especially with playing music, take your 'puter out of sleep mode.

Actually a little box pops up from xm that asks you if you want to continue if you click ok it keeps on going if you don't it shuts down and you have to log back on, it has nothing to do with the sleep mode on your computer. I believe ON demand repeats can only be accessed through your computer Apple or Android devices only.

It's not the computer timing out. I have selected "Never" for the computer display turning off as well as the computer going to slep.
it is SiriusXM's standard practice per the various forums I've been reading.

I'm currently using a (recommended) software program named Move Mouse that seems to be solving my issue for now. I am at the two-hour mark and so far the SiriusXM message "Are You Still Listening" has not popped up.

Toucanet what Xm stations you listen to? I like Classic Vinyl, Ozzys Boneyard, Hair Nation, Outlaw Country, the Wife listens to the Bridge.
