    Thanks for the welcome guys. Lurking and reading old posts here for a while, in fact I got my RTiA9's based on the info I found here. While they're currently under powered (the Marantz does a decent job) hoping to change that soon. Slightly tempted by Emotiva, but would rather go used...maybe 2 old Parasound's or their New Classic 2250. Seriously beating the every thrift, pawn, goodwill and local CL hoping the score that "once-in-a-lifetime" find.

    Hate to break it to you, but I don't think that Marantz has pre-outs to even add an amp. You'd need a receiver with pre-outs and an amp to get the most out of those A9's.

    Yeah, I knew a pre would have to be apart of the future equation. At time of purchase, the Polk's and the Marantz was my budget. They sound good together and the little PM6004 still surprises everyone who hears it.
