I'd be interested in this as well, and also in the possibility of hanging RT55i's from the ceiling. I've done some web-searching for wall/ceiling mount systems and haven't found anything that jumps out at me -- in fact, for a speaker the size of the RT55i, the only possible option I've found so far are ceiling mounts for TVs, but I'm not sure that would be a very elegant solution.

You could possibly try 1" dia. galvanized metal pipe. Use the floor mounts to attach the pipe to the wall/ceiling studs and speakers then use the pipe to create the angle you need. Works great for my RT25i's. I'd go no less then 1" even maybe try 1.25" due to the weight.

    Peace Out~:D

With some friendly help from the people at Polk, I was directed toward the Omnimount xxxCA series.
