My name is Don. It is nice to be part of this site!
I moved out three years ago (divorce) and decided I needed some decent speakers in the apartment.
I bought an Onkyo 360 and a pair of RTIa4 bookshelf speakers. Later I added a CSiA6 center and I was pretty happy.
I picked up my last piece of the puzzle with a pair of RTIa5 standers. ALL the gear was bought on the Polk Ebay store and I am very satisfied. The RTIa5 did arrive with a broken foot, are the easy to find?

Don

    So what is your question?

If I had a broken foot I'd go to the podiatrist.

Just contact Polk Customer Service at 1-800-377-POLK (7655) and explain that it arrived with a broken foot. Since you bought it directly from Polk (via their eBay store), they should send you a replacement.

    And welcome to Club Polk

Welcome to the forum. Hope you get your speaker fixed without issue. Polk has great support although getting
Through the phone lines can be a long wait. Bet your neighbors love every new audio purchase you make.

Thanks for the kind welcome and the number for Polk Service.
The room I am in is funky, lots of angles, plaster, hard wood floors. I will post a pic.
    Thanks again nice Polk People.

    Hey Don, welcome!
Yeah, if you haven't already taken care of your broken foot, you can message the Polk Ebay store people and they'll get replacement parts right out to you. I ordered some stuff from them before, and one speaker arrived with a broken power port, and they sent me a replacement in short order. Good group. Friendly, communicative, and pretty responsive.
