Turning components on-off question

My normal turn on, turn off sequence is cd player, preamp, amp on; then amp, preamp, cd player off. With a tube buffer hooked up to the cd player, should I turn on the cd player, then the tube buffer before the preamp, and reverse the same when turning off; or the tube buffer first, then the cd player, etc? thanks.

I'm fairly certain the only concern is Amp on Last . . . . Amp off First . . . the others do not matter
