PSW10 connection issues

Just unboxed my psw10 subwoofer and I'm having trouble connecting it to the N1 sound bar. It should be just a simple plug and play but I'm getting nothing from the sub. I'm using the split audio cable for left and right to connect it, but it doesn't seem to work. Any advice?

Hello,
Try removing the "Y" cable and using a single RCA connection from the N1 to either the right or left line level input on the sub.

Also make sure to turn the "Low Pass" filter all the way clockwise.
