Original pressings were on the UNI label. Later pressings were on MCA. I'm hoping you got lucky with an early one the vinyl was much thicker

Sagittarius ~ Present Tense........Back-Trac records reissue

Present Tense is the first Sagittarius album, released in 1968 by Columbia Records. Though the record was basically a Gary Usher solo project, he enlisted many top LA session musicians, and heavily utilized Curt Boettcher as a songwriter, musician, vocalist, and producer (even going so far as to include two tracks that Boettcher had produced on his own as the leader of the group The Ballroom).

    Studio album by Sagittarius
    Released: July 03, 1968
    Recorded: 1967 & 1968
    Genre: Baroque pop, Psychedelic Pop
    Label: Columbia
Producer: Gary Usher & Curt Boettcher

The Open Mind ~ Reissue w/ 2 bonus tracks including the single "Magic Potion"

    From Wikipedia:
The band was formed in the mid 1960s by four musicians from Putney, South London. Initially named The Apaches formed by Tim du Feu, Mike Brancaccio and Philip Fox and their friend Ray Nye. Nye left in 1965 and another friend joined instead Terry Schindler. The band became The Drag Set, who released a little-known single in February 1967, "Day and Night" / "Get Out of My Way". Shortly thereafter, they changed their name to The Open Mind and in July 1969 released a self-titled LP which has since become a highly sought-after collectible. The band, however, is best known for its druggy August 1969 single, "Magic Potion", which did not appear on the album.

Used to love that album when I was a kid. Haven't seen it since. Just got home from work and had to carry up new audio stand. 73 lbs in the box. Glad UPS didn't leave it out in the rain.
    The Cure: Wish on cd.
