    Played this on vinyl yesterday when Msabot1 suggested it, after about 30 years of not listening to it, and had to play it again today. Perhaps one of the best produced southern rock albums of all time. The guitar work was magnificent. Strat vs Les Paul duels that brought back many fond memories... Saw these guys warm up for Skynyrd at the old **** in Philly in '76 and they stole the show that night.

    I've seen em about five times since the mid seventys at little biker bars around the country...I think the original drummer passed away a while back...man I'm getting up there!! Yes Desparadoes is a classic...Like Hotel California a lot too!

    I only visit this a couple times a year, for some reason..it's fkn great..dynamic guitar work, with some great soloes. mostly, it's the quiet guitar lines that are so impressive..same with the b3..you know it's there; he aint coming back till it's right..and of course the lyrics! if you don't have this one, you'll love it...sda ready and all that happy s---t:):)
